You can request deletion of your Auratheta account and associated data at any time. We make this process simple and transparent.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support@auratheta.com using the address associated with your account.
- Include the name of the app and confirm that you want your account and data deleted.
- We will verify your request and confirm once deletion is complete.
What will be deleted
- Account profile information and preferences.
- Content stored in the app (notes, tasks, journals, etc.).
- Device identifiers and usage analytics linked to your account.
Timeline
Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
